How to Get Access

How to Login

All MIT students, faculty, and staff with an active @mit.edu email address are eligible for full access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

  1. In your web browser, go to adobe.com.
  2. Click the Sign in button.
  3. In the Email Address text box, enter your MIT email address (e.g., username@mit.edu) and click the Continue button.
  4. Choose Company or School Account if prompted.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to login using your MIT Kerberos credentials.

New Accounts

Adobe Creative Cloud accounts are created automatically each night. If you see a “Try” or “Buy” prompt, your MIT license may not be active yet. Please wait up to 24 hours after your account has been activated, then try signing in again.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you still cannot access Adobe Creative Cloud using your MIT Kerberos credentials, contact the IS&T Service Desk for assistance.

Existing Accounts

If you have an existing personal Adobe account associated with your MIT email address, it will remain separate from your MIT-provided, Touchstone-enabled Adobe account. To transfer any files or assets from your personal account to your MIT account, see IS&T’s Knowledgebase article on migrating Adobe Creative Cloud content.
