In this guide for teaching teams, you’ll learn how to share your course’s livestreams and recordings with students, including waitlisted students and students with a 48-Hour Student Pass, using any of the options outlined below. First, review each of the options and decide which one(s) meets your sharing needs. Then, follow the corresponding step-by-step instructions.

Livestreams and recordings are hidden from students in Canvas by default but you can share them on an individual basis or with your entire class. For detailed information, refer to FAQ: Livestreaming and Classroom Recordings.

Tip: Share the How to Join a Classroom Livestream and Access a Classroom Recording as a Student guide with your students to provide them with step-by-step instructions for accessing this content if you make it available to them.
