Are you planning an event at MIT Sloan with special AV needs? Request support from our team.  

For your event, we can provide equipment, such as microphones or easles. We can also record your event and have an AV Specialist in the room to ensure the technology is functioning correctly and to control the cameras. 

After you submit a support request, we will: 

  • determine what can be done to support the event; 
  • reach out to you via email if we have any questions; and 
  • work with our partners to provide the best possible service on the day of your event.
