There are two formats for classes in Summer 2023: In-person or fully online. Each scenario is outlined below.
Summer In-Person Courses
While these courses are scheduled to be in-person, they can be live streamed and recorded by Sloan Technology Services (STS) upon request by the teaching team. Your instructor may choose to share the livestream and/or classroom recordings with you for a variety of reasons (e.g. Excused absences).
Livestreams are a one-way learning experience (with audio and video). This means you can watch and listen to your class in real time, but you cannot participate.
For Students Who Test Positive or Experience Covid Symptoms
- Students who test positive or experience Covid symptoms should NOT attend class in person. For more guidance, please access MIT NOW.
- Students can request access to a livestream or classroom recording if they will be absent from a class session. If you have any questions, contact the teaching team.
